Finna brought in his birthday with a bang! A few weeks ago he finally got teeth (5 in 10 days). The night before his birthday he walked, pushing atrolley weighed down by Will's Tough Book (very heavy computer). On the day of his birthday he stood without support for a controlled 3 seconds. He has decided that he is not a baby anymore. And so have Aoife and Euey. They told everyone at kinder and childcare: Finn is 1 now, he's not a baby anymore.

Party at home the weekend before his birthday, with Mudgie, Gen, Charlie, Andy, Jazz and us. We realised Saturday that the weekend after Finna's birthday (this weekend) was to be a long weekend and Mudgie and Gen would be away. Seeing as they are two of Finn's favourite people we had an emergency party Sunday night. Poor Gussie was left out cause he had a Buck's weekend in Echuca.

On his actual birthday we brought him (and the other two) home to a 'suprise'. It was an inflatable boat filled with balls. Finna loves balls. Then we had a carpet picnic in the living room for dinner, followed by Easter eggs for desert.
