Today we sat up and had cake and tea together at the table. Just Euey and I, taking tea. It was lovely. Just lovely. Good company, nicish tea (well, milk for some) and fantastic 'tana bread' (otherwise known as cinnamon loaf with sultanas).
We had lunch at the table as well. Although that wasn't as lovely. More extremely messy as lunch was a sandwich and then yoghurt; it was the yoghurt that did the damage. We had dinner last night at the table too. That's three in a row (brekkie doesn't really count as I have always eaten that running around getting ready for the day).
My boy is actually a boy these days, not a baby, or even a toddler. He wears jeans. He runs, really really fast! And he sits at the table to eat his meals. Granted, he sits on a telephone book and a cushion, but that's waaaay more grown up than a high chair.
